Florida Coast Short Term Rentals is a family-run collection of just two vacation homes on Longboat Key. We host every guest ourselves — answering questions in hours, stocking the kitchen with the basics, and meeting you at the door if you'd like.

We keep the portfolio tiny on purpose. It means each home gets the upkeep, design and welcome it deserves — and you get a vacation that feels personal from the first email.
