John's place — great setting, quiet, clean, tidy, inviting and it looked fresh. Perfectly placed on Longboat Key, it enabled us to make the most of our vacation, visiting our favourite restaurants and eateries. Access to private beach is a real bonus. John is very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. Instructions and rules clear and precise.

The location was very quiet and close to local eateries with various food options. The beach was within walking distance allowing guests to maximize their beach experience. Overall, our family would highly recommend John's location for a weekend getaway or a week-long beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turtle Walk. Great location — close to the beach and a park. Private beach access was wonderful. John responded to our messages within minutes every time and accommodated our need for a crib. The wagon and beach gear was great to have. The place is very nice, clean and well kept up. Multiple food options, a convenience store and a bike shop all within walking distance. We highly recommend!

Great little place to stay for a couple of days while visiting friends on LBK. It was spotless, the bed was very comfortable. Easy walk across the main road to beach access. Nice little park next door for a morning stroll.

Sarah's place exceeded every expectation. The condo is spotless, beautifully renovated, and the bed is unbelievably comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and our favorite restaurants. We're already planning our next trip!

Perfect Longboat Key getaway. The kitchen has everything you need, the WiFi is blazing fast (worked from here for 3 days), and Sarah was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend.
